Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning
Catering to local high school sports teams, local sports clubs, and individuals looking to bring their game to the next level in their specific sport. We will have expert trainers for each individual’s specific sport that will optimize that child’s performance. Injury prevention will be a key component and we will make sure they understand the importance behind this principle. The next step is the foundation level of training beginning with a basic level of conditioning to build a strong foundation. Then we will begin the strength training aspect specific to the demands of their sport. We will be using the latest advancements in the strength field, combining speed, power and agility to optimize their level of performance.
*Former Professional Soccer Player and current collegiate volleyball coach available for private 1 on 1 or small group skills and drills training ranging from youth to collegiate level.
1 on 1 Personal Training
All Personal Training Programs and Nutrition Plans are 100% customized to fit each individual’s needs. We understand that no two people are alike with that being said we plan on making no two clients programs alike. We want to focus on the quality of the individual training, not high traffic volume coming through the door. We don’t believe in a cookie-cutter, one size fits all concepts of training and nutrition. Each client is assessed and strictly monitored with weekly check-ins, measurement tracking, weigh-ins, body fat% tracking and program changes when necessary. We feel that the attention to this and tailored quality service we provide to our customers will set us apart from the other personal training studios and or health clubs.

Are you looking for a butt-kicking boot camp class? We have the perfect opportunity for you. At Be Fit Performance we call it BFX. Under the direction and supervision of one of our trainers, to ensure proper form, we will lead a group of 10 people in a 60 minute sweat session.
Early morning classes to get your day started! Classes are 2 or 3 days a week. Let us know when your are available. We made BFX very afforadable for everyone, only $139 or 169 for 8 weeks! Also, bring a friend and you each save $10!
